Bukit Merah Arowana Holdings Bhd (BMA), a holding company with its subsidiary, Bukit Merah Arowana Village Sdn Bhd (BMAV) and Bukit Merah Arowana Farm Sdn Bhd (BMAF), principally involved in the breeding and trading of the endangered Arowana species in the domestic and international market.

Bukit Merah Arowana Farm Sdn Bhd (614922-H) is CITES approved (A-MY-522) professional Asian Arowana (Scleropages Formosus) breeder and exporter. We specialized in breeding legendary Asian Arowana included Malaysian Golden blue base Crossback, Super Highback, Golden Head, Chili Red and Super Red . The prestigious Blue Base Malaysian Golden Arowana originates from the natural wild habitats in Bukit Merah, Peninsular Malaysia.

Our farms consist of more than 190 Arowana earthen ponds. The farms are located at Bukit Merah, State of Perak, Malaysia. The 7,000 acres Bukit Merah Lake and rivers around the vicinity of Bukit Merah contain fresh natural unpolluted waters where the Golden Arowana (Dragon Fish) originates and thrives for centuries. The farms focus on the breeding of very high quality pure breed Blue Base Malaysian Golden Arowana and other species, such as Super Reds, Chili Red and High Back Golden Arowana. The Blue Base Malaysian Golden Arowana comprises 60% of our F2 brood fish. We have established a customer friendly showroom catering for Arowana breeders and hobbyists. The showroom is located at Lot 8120,Jalan Kubu Gajah, PT3, Gunung Semangol, Kerian Perak.

The 7,000 acres Bukit Merah Lake is the home to many plant and animal species, included the original Malaysian Golden Arowana.

Our farms water is from the one of Malaysia's largest fresh water lake, Bukit Merah Lake with 24-hour water flow. The unpolluted water makes the farm best place for Asian Arowana breeding.
